In a rather weird incident, the official version of the debates in the parliament has recorded the following as Item 3:
3.Type of Debate : FELICITATIONS
Title : Felicitations to Shrimati Meira Kumar on his election as the Speaker of Fifteenth Lok Sabha.
It is tremendous to see a soft-spoken woman speaker in the parliament trying to control the frequent chaos. She sure does a great job!
What is sad, is that the officials need to get their grammar right and start addressing our respected speaker of the Lok Sabha with care.
