No, help to them they r still stuggling to earn two times bread,but even fails t get that somerimes. This is what we call as development of india? So what development are we all talking about.the govt. mst tke severe steps tio give employment to d poor section of the society. BTW, my eccentric search (as above) on the Wikipedia section did not return good results on Cognition. I however liked its ability to display associated meanings for any search. I am still to explore the Legal and Health search.
